Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our executive team at La Jolla Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments. - Prepare and organise documents for meetings, presentations, and reports. - Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring effective communication. - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Assist in the preparation of financial documents and budgets.
