• The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. • This role partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive end-user experience. • The Analyst analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports Workday-related projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users.

• Support the Project Manager in creating, managing, and disbursing project deliverables, communications, and reports. • Develop and manage relationships with current and potential clients. • Apply knowledge of technical writing to develop high-quality deliverables. • Collaborate with project teams to complete the project within scope, schedule, and budget. • Proactively seek out opportunities to support other Project Managers.

• Leverage large, complex data sets to support financial analyses and models for payer negotiations • Collect, load and analyze Health Plan Relations (HPR) contract information into the AMSURG Contract Database • Interpret contract language, research payer and government fee schedules • Coordinate communication between the AMSURG HPR team, Business Operations (RCM) team, and Facility Operations team • Oversee and assist in the design, development, and implementation of analytic ad hoc reports • Perform reimbursement analysis using various analytic tools for special departmental projects • Engage and support Business Operations department through reimbursement analysis • Analyze impact of new fee schedules / payer groupers on reimbursement at the CPT code level • Refresh, review/quality check and maintain existing analytic reports

• Leverage large, complex data sets to support the preparation, execution, and delivery of extensive financial analyses • Collect, load and analyze Health Plan Relations (HPR) contract information • Interpret contract language, research payer and government fee schedules • Coordinate communication between AMSURG HPR team and other departments • Manage, complete analysis of large, complex data sets and ensure data quality • Design, complete annual analysis to evaluate the impact of CMS fee schedule updates on AMSURG’s Medicare revenue • Research, analyze, organize, and maintain various Payer Fee schedules and Grouper crosswalks • Perform reimbursement analysis using various analytic tools
