Quality Analyst
Zeller
• Develop, maintain, and scale a robust automation framework using Maestro to automate both existing and new features across the Zeller application. • Leverage your expertise in automation, including using Percy for visual regression and Maestro/Javascript for end-to-end test cases on Android Terminals. • Champion best testing practices, proactively promote the adoption of new tools and AI to elevate quality, enhance automation, and accelerate product development velocity. • Act as the quality and user path expert for the Zeller product, identifying and testing all potential user paths and critical edge cases. • Serve as a domain specialist in key areas such as payments processing, L3 testing, and Point-of-Sale (POS) integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Leaders, Engineers, Designers) and multiple product teams (mobile, web UI, POS devices) to ensure feature completeness and customer value across the entire product suite.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of modern testing practices
- Hands-on experience with Mobile app testing/Android Hardware, Payments processing, and Maestro or Cypress
- Percy experience is a bonus
- Own and automate the Regression test suite
- Collaborate with Hybrid QAs on automation
- Customer-obsessed, meticulous attention to product quality and detail
- Confident and candid in providing actionable feedback on features
- Experience using Charles, Android Studio, Visual Code, Emulators, and BrowserStack
- Proven ability to work effectively, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships within product and engineering teams
- Manage concurrent projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or enthusiasm for the payments industry
- A keen enthusiasm for joining our vibrant, in-office team environment, attending 4 days per week.
