• Own the compliance functions for Red Hat’s product offerings and managed service environments, ensuring they meet rigorous global certification standards • Partner with engineering and managed service teams to develop, and implement automation at scale • Lead compliance deep-dives across multi-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Product) and act as the primary compliance lead during internal audits • Collaborate with open-source communities to develop and implement Red Hat-specific capabilities from the upstream • Contribute directly to projects to improve the security and compliance ecosystem • Foster a high-trust, collaborative environment by mentoring junior team members and serving as a security and compliance evangelist both inside Red Hat and within the broader open-source community

• Drive the multi‑year Product Security strategy, aligning roadmap priorities with product architecture, business goals, and customer trust requirements. • Oversee security architecture for cloud‑native platforms, leading threat modeling, secure design reviews, and implementation of scalable security controls across the SDLC. • Integrate DevSecOps and shift‑left practices, embedding SAST, DAST, SCA, and automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with DevOps and engineering teams. • Lead vulnerability management operations, including triage, remediation oversight, verification, bug bounty programs, and third‑party penetration testing. • Ensure compliance with major security and privacy frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and serve as the technical lead for customer security assessments, audits, and inquiries. • Act as the executive technical representative for Tier‑1 customers, communicating architecture, threat modeling, SBOM/SCA findings, resilience, DR posture, and overall security assurance. • Build and lead a high‑performing product security organization, providing coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high‑trust engineering culture. • Maintain customer‑facing security documentation, including whitepapers, security portals, data residency details, encryption standards, and incident response posture.

• Assist the security engineering team in setting up and customizing Wiz dashboards. • Work with team members to prioritize and visualize key cloud security metrics and findings. • Help develop customized dashboard views for stakeholders across engineering and compliance. • Support onboarding of new cloud assets and accounts into Wiz. • Document dashboard configurations, procedures, and best practices for the team. • Participate in routine cloud security posture management (CSPM) reviews and reporting. • Assist with data analysis and creating periodic reports using Wiz insights.

A successful Senior Investigator will have a robust FWA knowledge base and be able to develop, document and execute an effective and efficient FWA audit strategy to identify, audit, track, and report on known or suspected instances of FWA. As a Senior Investigator, you will: - Lead development and execution of SIU process improvements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our SIU audit processes - Identify control opportunities to mitigate FWA - Identify possible audit opportunities - Implement an effective audit strategy to investigate known or suspected instances of FWA - Support annual FWA audit goals - Support complex provider conversations around FWA audit findings - Prepare response letters to deliver decisions to providers within the regulatory timeframes set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). - Manage overall audit workload to ensure timely and accurate audit results - Act as a FWA subject matter expert - Mentor other team members on audit strategies - Build strong working relationships with both regulatory and law enforcement agencies, and - Communicate effectively while building trust and lasting partnerships both laterally and vertically across multi-discipline teams. Success in this role looks like: - By the end of your initial 90 day period, you will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our SIU case flow and are able to effectively navigate through the various Clover systems. - By 6 months, you will be working autonomously on cases and provider reviews. - Continued success in this position anchors in on developing a deep understanding of the workflows that support our SIU cases and reviews while maintaining regulatory compliance standards.
