Job Description
Senior Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to support and scale our Single Event department, accelerating the performance and scalability of our lien resolution offering. This is a strategic role for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a consulting mindset to operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying improvement opportunities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to rapidly assess department workflows, develop actionable insights, and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. The Senior Director of Operations will be instrumental in evolving the department’s structure, systems, and processes to support company growth and client satisfaction. While experience in lien resolution or subrogation is helpful, it is not required; we are seeking a leader with strong operational and strategic experience who can quickly learn and apply domain knowledge.
