• Work directly with clients and deliver the highest service levels to internal and external partners • Coordinate and lead meetings with clients • Document and track client rebate questions and concerns until resolution • Produce scheduled and ad hoc client-specific rebate reporting • Collaborate internally with key personnel in various functional areas • Investigate and answer client questions regarding the manufacturer rebate process
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience performing in-depth analysis, ad-hoc reporting, research, investigation
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets
- Experience working with PBM (rebate invoicing, payments, reconciliations, or formulary research) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts (Preferred)
- Ability to query data via SQL and other data analytic tools (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Organization: HealthIT Population Health PG Job Summary: The Epic Healthy Planet Application Analyst supports the Epic Healthy Planet module and other related applications by managing configuration, addressing day-to-day operational issues, resolving break/fix tasks, conducting maintenance, and assisting with upgrades. This role focuses on leveraging Epic Healthy Planet tools to support population health management, analytics, and reporting. The analyst will collaborate with end users, participate in testing, and engage in on-call rotations to ensure effective system performance and support departmental objectives. .
