• Lead the renewal assessment for Slack, including reviewing current usage, auditing connected tools and workflows, and making recommendations on contract renewal, optimization, and cost effectiveness • Audit and help clean up Google Workspace and Slack accounts, including user access, permissions, inactive accounts, group structure, and general admin hygiene • Improve company security posture, including implementing or strengthening single sign-on (SSO), identity and access management, device controls, and account provisioning/deprovisioning processes • Create practical documentation, workflows, and standards that improve long-term maintainability and operational readiness • Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, people, and leadership to prioritize projects and deliver improvements with minimal disruption

• Serve as Ameresco’s primary point of contact for MHPI partners at the Director and Regional leadership level. • Maintain executive-level engagement with MHPI ownership and operating partners. • Own customer relationship health and serve as the escalation point for cross-functional issues. • Coordinate with Ameresco Development, Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams. • Translate MHPI operational realities into actionable delivery guidance. • Support transitions from development and construction into steady-state operations. • Identify and resolve early indicators of operational friction. • Lead structured issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders. • Drive consistency across Ameresco’s MHPI engagements. • Provide leadership through influence and executive credibility.
