• Develop, drive and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the Corporate Payments cross-cutting and core services • Define and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the Transact Global platforms, aligning with business objectives, industry best practices, and other Corporate Payments teams • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the engineering teams • Continuously challenge the status quo and implement mechanisms to reduce time-to-market using efficient engineering methods • Collaborate with other Corporate Payments engineering teams to reuse development practices and components to reduce duplication • Craft, lead, manage, and grow high-performance engineering teams • Hire, coach, promote, and retain high performers to achieve WEX goals • Work closely with product and commercial partners to drive, prioritize, and work backwards from the customer requirements and exceed expected outcomes • Drive effective monthly, weekly, and quarterly mechanisms to plan, execute, and audit workstreams • Establish a robust and clear engineering roadmap to maintain clarity and motivation for the engineering team • Maintain career growth plans and provide monthly and quarterly feedback for individuals’ continual progress • Establish measurement of metrics-driven development productivity across engineering teams • Comfortably present, influence, and communicate to the senior leadership team • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on the challenges and opportunities within the Corporate Payments domain

• Guide mobile development efforts • Build an app for iOS & Android for our mail platform

• Uses SAS or other software to develop custom programming code to generate summary tables, data listings, graphs and derived datasets • Works to ensure that outputs meet quality standards and project requirements • Performs validation programming and works with other Programmers, Biostatisticians, and other project team members • Keeps project team members informed of programming progress and issues requiring their attention • Maintains well organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation • Manages scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects

• Be responsible to function in a continuous improvement framework with respect to systems deployment, life cycle management and enhancements supported user groups. • Contribute to initiatives to yield faster and more effective report development, efficient change management services for analytics platforms. • Use your technical expertise with clinical data and report building, and experience gained through working with diverse and complex business processes and associated system infrastructures. • Work in a matrix environment across functions and departments
