We are looking for people to help train the next generation of AI by capturing high-quality, "point-of-view" video of everyday household tasks. Responsibilities - Data Collection: Record hands-on, manipulation-intensive tasks across a diverse set of residential environments. - Residential Tasks: Accurately record common household activities such as room tidy-up, end-to-end dishes cleanup, end-to-end laundry, and home mapping. - Adherence to Specifications: Follow strict guidelines for data capture, including dedicating full attention to the task and ensuring geographic and task diversity in recordings.
Job Requirements
- Equipment: Own or use a smartphone or alternative camera device capable of 30 FPS or greater and 1080p resolution or greater.
- Capture Method: Mount the device at forehead or eye-level for an egocentric perspective, maintaining a downward angle to maximize hand visibility.
- Software: Utilize the designated "D&A" application for all data capture and upload.
- Quality Control: Ensure all video footage is clear, stable, well-lit, at least 15 seconds long, and accurately depicts useful, intentional tasks without unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.

Role Description This position reports to the Manager, Enterprise MPI & Patient Identity and is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the facility and enterprise Master Patient Index across all entities of the Yale New Haven Health System. The individual provides resolution of MPI overlay errors and Mark for Merge requests. Incumbent also performs investigation and resolution of non-emergent potential duplicates using daily reports and task queues. Incumbent understands the legacy master patient indexes as well as the enterprise master patient index and the impact on downstream systems. Coordinates and communicates with clinicians, registration, billing, information technology staff and others as needed to facilitate MPI issue resolution and communicate outcomes. Provides 24/7 coverage on rotation basis. Responsibilities - Supports efforts to migrate to an enterprise-wide MPI including clean-up of historical duplicate records in EPIC and affected downstream systems. - Provides for ongoing data integrity of the enterprise Master Patient Index using established mechanisms to identify and prevent duplicate medical record numbers and patient overlays. - Provides for ongoing investigation and resolution of potential duplicate medical record numbers, both intra-facility and inter-facility, to support patient care and patient safety. - Responds in a timely manner to emergent notifications regarding MPI errors to ensure patient safety. - Tracks all aspects of merge notifications and communication throughout resolution to provide trending information and feedback to designated areas. - Monitors overlay report for potential patient identity issues as assigned and perform fact finding and analysis to resolve identified issues. - Coordinate daily notification with YNHHS entities impacting merge of downstream systems as appropriate. - Flags MRNs as Known Not Duplicates (KNDs) in Epic after investigation when appropriate to reduce potential for future errors and/or re-work on task queues. - Concurrently monitors origination points of duplicate number assignments and provides timely feedback to registration regarding findings. - Resolves patient identity events within established quality and productivity standards and provides reports to manager on request. - Assists with problem resolution regarding patient name changes and works collaboratively with clinical/registration staff to properly identify patients. - Responsible for correcting demographic data elements identified as incorrectly documented and/or scanned. - Notifies appropriate groups when merges are in pending re-submit status to facilitate resolution. - Runs various reports in EPIC such as Identity Events Report, Duplicate Report, and Dashboard reports daily. - Ability to react quickly in analyzing discrepancies in often real-time patient care and safety issues. Ability to differentiate between primary (Target) and secondary (Source) patients. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school graduate, or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred, or formalized medical record technician training. - Minimum of two (2) years experience in a health care setting with working knowledge of MPI functionality preferred. - Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. - Ability to deal professionally with other departments and stakeholders at all levels. - Technically oriented with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, e-mail and internet. What the Data Management department does at Worldwide Our Data Management team is an ever-growing and collaborative group of diverse individuals with wide-ranging experience within the industry. From start to finish, we are involved in clinical studies – from crafting the study database to ensuring the pristine delivery of the final dataset. What you will do - Provide fully independent and autonomous leadership of data management services (start up, conduct and close out) across multiple complex global projects/programs - Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to complete all DM activities on time and budget. - Prepare DM trial documentation (DMP, DB Specifications, Edit check specifications, CCGs, DTAs). - Write external vendor reconciliation specifications for programming reconciliation outputs (e.g. Serious Adverse Events, IRT, Central Laboratory). - Monitor project scope, budgets and risks and alert DM Management of any concerns. - Liaise with DM Management at regular intervals to discuss progress and any issues outstanding (e.g. during Project Review Meetings). - Collaborate with internal Worldwide departments working on the same project. - Participate as necessary in sponsor audits, regulatory authority inspections and other third party meetings What you will bring to the role - Excellent attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Strong knowledge of data management best practices & technologies as applied to clinical trials. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams. - Strong understanding of clinical trial process and protocols documents (protocols, statistical analysis plans, CRFs, study reports) and processes. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Independent and autonomous project oversight skills. Your experience - Educated to degree level (preferably Life Science), Nursing qualification, or relevant industry experience - Min of 5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
