• Own end-to-end delivery of data platform engagements: managing scope, timeline, budget, team coordination, and client satisfaction from kickoff through handoff • Lead cross-functional delivery teams that may include project managers, business analysts, data engineers, developers, and change management professionals — ensuring the right skills are in place at each stage • Manage engagement health proactively: identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and maintain clear communication with client stakeholders throughout • Serve as the primary client relationship owner during delivery, building trust through reliable execution and transparent progress reporting • Conduct technical requirements gathering and capability assessments to establish a sound foundation for each engagement • Design and implement modern cloud data architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud — including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms • Lead migration of legacy on-premise data systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency • Build and oversee ETL and data pipelines using cloud-native automation and orchestration tools • Design and implement machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms — including feature stores, model training pipelines, experiment tracking, and model serving and monitoring in production • Architect data foundations that support downstream ML, AI, and agentic workflows, including intelligent document processing, knowledge retrieval, and structured/unstructured data integration • Establish and enforce data quality, governance, and observability standards across client environments, including ML model performance monitoring and drift detection • Evaluate and recommend appropriate tooling across the modern data and ML stack based on client context, capability, and long-term roadmap • Partner with sales teams as a technical authority during discovery calls, client workshops, and solution presentations • Develop proposals including solution architecture, scope of work, resource requirements, and budgetary estimates

• Working with experts within the team and cross-functionally to develop, migrate and manage portfolio of Healthcare Applications within Enterprise Data Services • Acting as a project manager/liaison between business leaders and the internal team for intaking project requirements, providing status updates and managing expectations on timelines/deliverables for all migration program activities • Collaborating with business partners to understand their problems and goals, user stories, planning, roadmap creation, data reports and performance metrics for migrating the current Business workloads from on-premises to Cloud environment • Developing and participating in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on analytics results and solutions • Interacting with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization • Using knowledge in SQL to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions • Implementing data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data and privacy regulation • Creating/maintaining documentation for data processes, data flows and system configurations • Promoting engineering excellence by simplifying, optimizing, and automating processes and workflows • Innovating by leveraging and practicing agile techniques to achieve efficiency, boost productivity and improve processes • Supporting all phases of software life engineering including ideation, refinements, analysis, development, and deployment while adhering to agile software development methodology.

What we’re looking for - 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or software development with strong proficiency in SQL and Python. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets. - Experience designing and building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, including working with APIs and handling structured and semi-structured data. - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling concepts. - Experience with data validation, testing strategies (manual and automated), and ensuring data quality. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts clearly. - Ability to take ownership of tasks end-to-end, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. - Experience optimizing data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full-time position will be $80,625 - $112,875.
