We help traders make confident, informed decisions through side-by-side comparisons, verified reviews, and data-backed insights. With 100,000+ monthly visitors and a globally distributed team of 62, we are scaling fast - and the technology organization needs to match that pace. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 The Head of Development owns PFM's engineering organization end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who leads from the front - writing code, making architectural decisions, and building with AI at their side. You will set the technical bar, drive consistent delivery, and be the bridge between engineering and company leadership. In a fast-moving environment, priorities shift without warning. You are expected to adapt immediately, re-prioritize without friction, and always be thinking 10 steps ahead - anticipating architectural needs, scaling challenges, and product directions before they are formally asked for. We expect you to be deeply hands-on with Claude Code and AI-assisted development: not as a buzzword, but as a core part of how you work every day. Excuses are not part of the culture. Speed, dependability, flexibility, and relentless innovation are.
