We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end retail order processing and execution. This role supports both sales and supply chain teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment for key retail partners. You will own day-to-day order operations, EDI transactions, shipment tracking, invoicing, and issue resolution. This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on accuracy, follow-through, and operational consistency. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Execution - Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs) - Send order acknowledgements via EDI (855) - Create and transmit Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) via EDI (856) - Send customer invoices via EDI (810) Logistics & Shipment Tracking - Track shipments through carrier and 3PL portals - Proactively flag delivery delays, shortages, or exceptions - Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping issues Freight, Chargebacks & Compliance - Track, review, and reconcile freight invoices - Monitor, research, and resolve retailer chargebacks and deductions - Support compliance with retailer requirements, OTIF metrics, and routing guides Reporting & Coordination - Maintain weekly and monthly operational reports and data summaries - Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and supply chain teams - Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all order-related activities Work Arrangement - Remote / Overseas - Part-time to start (~20 hours per week), with potential to scale - Works closely with a U.S.-based operations team

Job Requirements

  • Experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain (CPG or retail preferred)
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, grocery chains)
  • Experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight carriers
  • Working knowledge of retailer chargebacks, OTIF, and compliance requirements

The Guardianship Supervisor has considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position supervises a unit of Guardianship Specialists and administrative support staff responsible for providing guardianship services to eligible people. The Guardianship Supervisor plans and manages regional and unit operations; selects, oversees and develops staff; interprets program policies and procedures; provides quality assurance oversight; evaluates the regional guardianship unit’s operations performance; prepares reports and correspondence; makes presentations and participates in community awareness activities; responds to inquiries and concerns from persons under guardianship and/or their families which may include highly stressful and confrontational interactions. The Guardianship Supervisor provides guidance to employees in handling complex situations and issues related to guardianship. The Guardianship Supervisor interacts regularly with other state agencies, persons under guardianship, judges, attorneys, representatives from businesses and organizations, contractors, stakeholders, and the general public. “This position is eligible for telework consistent with HHSC telework policy, which is subject to change. Employees may be required to work in the office one or more days a week.” The selected candidate must have the ability to provide a reliable internet service in a home office location free from distractions and will provide the ability to ensure confidentiality of client and employee’s information.
