Job Post: Medical Sales Representative (Spanish-English Bilingual) Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT Work Days: Monday – Friday Salary: $6 - $7 per hour (depending on experience) + performance-based commissions for meeting KPIs Our client is a growing U.S.-based dental group committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Spanish-English) to join a remote team. This role is perfect for a driven, results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, cold calling, and appointment setting. If you’re someone who thrives on hitting targets and earning additional incentives through performance, this role offers both stability and growth potential. Experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant (VA) is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound sales and cold calls to convert leads into booked appointments - Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text with professionalism and empathy - Manage calendars, reschedule appointments, and handle inbound calls - Organize and prioritize communications, including newsletters - Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance against KPIs - Effectively communicate dental service benefits and handle objections - Support lead qualification, follow-ups, and campaign tracking
