The Digital Product Project Manager is a strategic, end-to-end leader who defines and executes the vision for digital products, such as websites, mobile apps, or software. This role is a central nexus, connecting market research and user needs to the technical development of a product. Combining tactical project management skills with a high-level strategic focus, this individual creates and prioritizes the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with key business objectives. Working in an Agile framework, the Digital Product Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Beyond launch, they analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continually optimize and improve the product, driving customer engagement and revenue growth. The successful candidate is a data-driven visionary who can navigate complexity, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate the product's value proposition to all stakeholders. *This is a remote position* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Project Leadership: Provide end-to-end project management for a range of digital products and initiatives, including website and mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and e-commerce platform builds. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, web developers, content creators, and digital marketers, through the entire digital project lifecycle. 25% - Planning and Scoping: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and strategic digital objectives. Create comprehensive project roadmaps, user stories, and detailed digital project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for platforms and tools. 25% - Execution and Coordination: Manage day-to-day project tasks within Agile methodologies. Facilitate key project ceremonies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups) and coordinate workflow using project management software like Azure. 15% - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, such as technical issues, scope creep, or resource bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track and within budget.10% - Communication and Reporting: Serve as the central communication hub, providing regular status updates, performance reports, and sprint reviews to stakeholders. Effectively manage client expectations throughout the project, translating complex technical information into clear, business-focused updates. 15% - Quality Assurance: Oversee the review and quality assurance process for all digital deliverables. Ensure that the final products meet defined standards for usability (UX), accessibility (WCAG), and functionality across various devices and browsers. 10% EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years project management experience required - Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree - Years of experience: 3 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Demonstrated ability to manage complex assignments in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Proven track record of strong collaboration skills across global teams. - Exceptional communication and organizational abilities. - Thorough knowledge of both traditional and digital creative processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies within a formal Software Development Life Cycle. - Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The salary for this position is $81,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
