Alphanumeric Systems
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment and be able to adapt the recruitment workflow depending on the requirements we get from our clients. • Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks, job boards) • Conduct phone and video interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and providing feedback into the system. • Register, apply and score the online tests according to the position we are trying to cover. • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. • Be international: your focus will be to manage the open positions we have in different regions.
Job Requirements
- Between 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle, working as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required; another language will be an asset.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Relevant Education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or related field.
- Experience recruiting the following profiles: Commercial Agents, Customer Support Representatives, Project Managers, Health Care Professionals, IT Professionals.
- International recruiting experience.

Job Duties - Collects clinical information, obtains insurance, and verifies patient demographics to ensure appropriate scheduling of screening and diagnostic tests. - Schedules patients for physician appointments and diagnostic test procedures. - Educates patients, families and physician offices regarding department protocols, procedures, insurance, referrals and testing criteria. - Monitors practice protocols and department procedures and makes recommendations for improvement. - Utilizes scheduling software and other patient-specific software applications to facilitate patient access into the network. - Serves as a resource for staff, physicians, and referring offices. - Strives to reduce errors, minimize rework and defects through conscientious defects and attention to detail.
