Implementation Lead Consultant
Bring IT
• Own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle • Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → Optimize • Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs • Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices • Partner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs) • Support data migration (mapping, templates, validation, test loads) • Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness • Deliver system walkthroughs and training sessions • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations • Identify risks early and provide proactive recommendations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience
- Strong NetSuite configuration experience
- Expertise in ERP processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions
- Ownership of solution design documentation (SDD)
- Experience driving UAT and go-live readiness
- Understanding of data migration strategies
- Ability to balance best practices with business needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)

Position Summary The Consultant position anticipates, develops and implements innovative solutions for our customers’ training challenges. The scope of work includes the full range of ADDIE/Systematic Approach to Training activities, with a heavy emphasis on analysis, design and development work. The Consultant also works to achieve proficiency in our proprietary training management softwares, Quality Training Database (QTD) and VISION, and uses our applications to deliver products and services to our clients.
