• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales goals, including active prospecting, outreach, and both virtual and onsite customer engagement. • Drive new opportunities and build relationships with clinical leadership decision makers, collaborating closely with clinical consultants, editorial teams, and channel partners. • Deliver proposals, oversee product trials, and prepare high-quality client-facing materials. • Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and internal sales events. • Build deep expertise in EBSCO’s solutions and stay current on the competitive landscape. • Share market insights to inform product development, roadmap decisions, and marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within healthcare or medical SaaS
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and B2B SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Must reside within assigned territory
