This role is a 100% remote position specifically for talent based in South Africa who can support our UK operations during standard UK business hours.   • Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage and schedule jobs across the diary for UK-based engineers and trades staff.
  • Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, providing a professional and responsive experience for our UK clients.
  • Administration: Manage general admin tasks and keep all records, systems, and job information up to date.
  • Payments: Support with payment reconciliation and tracking outstanding balances.
  • Operational Support: Help improve internal processes and assist in handling day-to-day operational challenges or conflict resolution.
  • Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration, scheduling, operations, or customer service.
