What You'll Do - Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters. - Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision - Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes) - Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact - Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation - Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making - Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items - Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) - Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters

About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Keepit, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our footprint within large enterprise organizations (>5.000 employees) in the Northern Germany Region (postal codes 0-3). Executive Assistant to the CEO As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be an extension of the CEO’s office. You are the architect of our leadership’s time and the connective tissue that keeps our C-suite operating at peak performance. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Coastal’s strategic vision is translated into action across our leadership team, helping us maintain our reputation as a top-tier Salesforce partner. Role Responsibilities: - Drive the cadence of the C-suite.
