Junior Marketing Manager

The Junior Marketing Manager will have responsibility and ownership for implementing and executing the marketing strategy as well as have complete ownership of the delivery of all marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing and creating appropriate product marketing content and collateral across a variety of channels. You will also be responsible for creating and executing sales campaigns, managing industry events, as well as managing all internal and external communication channels including company website and social media. You will be a self-starter and competent in working independently and to target deadlines. This is an exciting role where you will work with colleagues, customers and suppliers across the globe and across all cultures. Travel is an important part of the role, attending global industry events. This role would suit a person who is professional, outgoing, confident and has a passion for technology, travel and embracing other cultures. Company and industry training will be provided. Salary Range:45000 -80000 Euros Key Responsibilities Coordination of the Marketing Process - Working closely with the senior stakeholders, implementing the marketing strategy within agreed timescales and budget. - Manage external vendors for marketing related responsibilities. - Develop, implement and maintain all Product Marketing and Sales materials/collateral, working closely with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders. Ensure content across all materials is consistent and in line with the Nextgen Clearing brand. - Manage external communications across all channels, including website, social media and press releases. - Manage internal communications and company intranet (iConnect). - Manage marketing campaigns in line with sales/product strategy and activities. - Maintain, own and manage marketing software systems including HubSpot and SurveyMonkey. Run campaigns and customer surveys using these tools. - Manage and coordinate industry events (approx. 5 per year in various global locations). Work with suppliers to design booths/meeting rooms and manage the procurement, branding and delivery of marketing materials and corporate gifts. Organise Nextgen evening events at the global locations. Attend the events taking overall ownership for organisation and smooth running of each element. Development of Marketing Strategy - Managing all aspects of marketing for the company working under the Sales and Marketing Lead. - With close guidance from the CEO, Sales and Marketing Lead and senior stakeholders, overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. - Implement the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, working closely with the Marketing Director. Budget Planning - Work within the company’s marketing budget, ensuring the most cost-effective delivery of all activities. Company internal communications - Monitor, measure and report on effectiveness of all marketing communications. - Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Job Requirements

- Proven Marketing experience (3 + years)
- 3 years’ experience in a tech or telco company preferred
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- CIM or equivalent marketing qualification
- Ability to travel globally approx. 5 times a year
- Excellent collaboration skills working with all levels of the organisation as well as external parties and suppliers
- Excellent software skills (Microsoft/PowerPoint/Content design tools)
- Proven experience in Product Marketing and content design.
- Demonstrated experience manging large events
- Ability to work independently and prioritise projects and tasks
- Must be personable and loyal with demonstrable business acumen
- Hardworking, committed attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliability in delivering high quality work on time and on budget
