Particular responsibilities include: developing, implementing and improving maintenance practices for electrical equipment; supporting expense & capital projects as an electrical subject matter expert; overseeing installation of low voltage and medium voltage Power Distribution Systems (grounding systems, transformers, UPS, motors and motor control centers; supporting electrical equipment testing & inspection; and managing electrical classification documentation (one line diagram, electrical area classification, arc flash, etc.); assisting the SCADA/Control System group on the specification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation, PLCs, and motor-operated valves. Candidate will work closely with Technical, Operations, Maintenance and Project Group personnel in the execution of these duties. This position will office at Equistar Pipeline’s Clear Lake, TX facility, but has responsibility for assets from Corpus Christi, TX to Lake Charles, LA.
