We are looking for a Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects for their safety, health, and quality applications. You will join the delivery team and work alongside solution architects and technical consultants to keep implementations running smoothly and on schedule. Employment Type: Part-time contract, 30 hours per week for 6 months, ideally starting April 2026. With potential for extension or full-time conversion. Responsibilities Project Delivery and Governance - Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for safety, health, and quality management applications. - Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments to keep the team on track and surface any blockers early. - Maintain project governance processes including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and change control. - Manage project scope and make sure deliverables stay aligned with client requirements. Team Coordination - Coordinate a cross-functional delivery team that includes technical consultants and a solution architect. You need to keep the team organised, on task, and moving forward. - Assign tasks, track progress, and run regular check-ins to keep momentum across workstreams. - Partner with the solution architect to make sure technical delivery stays aligned with the project plan and client expectations. Client and Stakeholder Communication - Join weekly client calls as the main point of contact for project status, timelines, and deliverable updates. - Prepare and deliver clear presentations to senior stakeholders using PowerPoint, covering project progress, risks, and upcoming milestones. - Keep clients informed proactively, especially around any changes to scope, schedule, or the delivery plan. Tools and Reporting - Use Microsoft Project to build and manage detailed project schedules and track dependencies. - Use Excel for tracking budgets, resource allocation, status dashboards, and delivery metrics. - Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce, including engagement status, key dates, and client communications.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-7 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations, ideally within EHSQ, safety, quality, or compliance-related software.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams such as consultants, architects, developers, etc. Your strength is in coordination, governance, and keeping things moving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for project tracking and engagement management.
  • Good communication skills and comfort leading client-facing calls as well as presenting to senior team members.
  • Available to work 30 hours per week across North American time zones (Eastern, Central, and Pacific).
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Based in or familiar with the Canada ecosystem.
  • Experience with EHSQ or EHS management platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies for enterprise SaaS products (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, chemical, or transportation.

The expected schedule includes: Friday (12p - 8p), Saturday (8a - 8p), and Sunday (8a - 8p).   *Availability & On-Call Expectation: This role includes limited weekend availability to provide guidance to staff regarding referral-related questions.
