In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the user experience for homeowners navigating significant financial decisions. Your expertise in visual craft and design systems will lead to the evolution of our design system, ensuring it not only meets user needs but also advances our visual language. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver high-fidelity, customer-facing experiences that significantly enhance trust and understanding of our product. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organization and make a real impact through your design skills. - Evolve and maintain our design system to be well-organized and AI-ready. - Advance our visual language with high standards for typography and layout. - Design high-fidelity product experiences for customer engagement. - Create and refine reusable components for efficiency and consistency. - Develop illustrations and visual assets that simplify complex concepts. - Prepare detailed design artifacts for seamless implementation. - Partner with engineering to ensure design quality in production. - Design variants for experimentation based on user data and feedback. Qualifications - 5+ years as a product designer focusing on visual design and systems. - Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft in shipped products. - Experience in building or managing a design system. - Understanding of AI tooling as it relates to design systems. - Proficient in Figma with skills in component architecture. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
