Role Description Dans le cadre d'un contrat de projet de 3 ans, le Département recrute un Psychologue clinicien. Le psychologue exercera pour 50% de son activité sur MADEO, service expérimental en partenariat avec le CHRU de Brest, et pour 50% de son activité pour les mineurs accueillis en dispositif individuel. Le psychologue a pour principales missions : - Exercer au sein de l’établissement en collaboration avec le responsable de service qui a autorité décisionnelle en matière d’orientation éducative pour les mineurs accueillis ou accompagnés. - Assurer l’accompagnement clinique des personnes accueillies au sein de MADEO / PAAS ou accompagnées par ses services. - Observer et analyser la dynamique individuelle de la personne accueillie ou accompagnée ainsi que le fonctionnement interne à la famille d’accueil. - Participer à la compréhension des situations, contribuer à l’analyse de la problématique du sujet et à l’élaboration de modalités d’accompagnement et d’orientation. Qualifications - Master 2 en psychologie exigé Requirements - Connaissances approfondies en psychologie clinique, psychopathologie et en psychologie du développement. - Sensibilité à la clinique de la parentalité. - Capacité d’identification et d’analyse des phénomènes transférentiels et contre-transférentiels. - Médiatisation des relations familiales. - Techniques d’entretien, d’aide à la formulation et à la restitution d’information. - Connaissance du cadre institutionnel relatif à la protection de l’enfance. - Capacité à activer un réseau médico-social. - Capacité à rédiger des notes psychologiques en tenant compte des règles éthiques en vigueur dans la profession. The Clinical Programs Director, Data Intelligence leads the creation and deployment of intelligent, data‑driven solutions that connect Salesforce with external molecule data to automate workflows, improve visibility, and strengthen operational performance.
