Role Description - Modalidade: Home Office - Elaboração de planos de pagamento, conforme a lei de superendividamento (lei 14.181/2021) - Analisar os autos dos processos a fim de identificar as partes envolvidas na lide, interpretar decisões judiciais e identificar os contratos da ação; - Analisar contratos bancários a fim de discriminar as principais características e cláusulas contratuais pactuadas, bem como identificar os eventuais saldos devedores; - Elaborar os planos de pagamento conforme a legislação vigente, bem como de acordo com as particularidades de cada ação judicial. Qualifications - Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração, ou áreas correlatas; - Desejável conhecimento da Lei de Superendividamento e do Código de Defesa do Consumidor; - Capacidade Analítica e detalhista; - Capacidade de Organização e gestão de tempo; - Conhecimento Intermediário de Microsoft Word e Microsoft Excel; - Conhecimento em Matemática Financeira (imprescindível). This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $237,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
