Requirements - Projetar e implementar componentes complexos e integrados a parceiros internacionais. - Definir soluções estratégicas focadas em resiliência, performance e otimização de custos. - Mentorar desenvolvedores, conduzir code reviews e elevar o nível de maturidade técnica da squad. - Liderar gestão de incidentes, definir métricas de governança e garantir eficiência via CI/CD e DevOps.
