Telemedicine Physician – Geriatric Care
Hera
• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for newly enrolled Medicare clients • Synthesize complex medical histories and identify clinical priorities for ongoing care coordination • Document clinical findings that inform care manager (Hero) intervention strategies • Provide clinical oversight and collaboration as needed with care management team • Establish clinical credibility and trust during initial patient contact
Job Requirements
- MD or DO (must be licensed to practice in: MD, PA, MA, CA, FL, OH, WA, CO, MI, NC, GA, AZ, NJ)
- Substantial experience in geriatric medicine, primary care, or chronic disease management
- Confident in telehealth assessment and skilled at building clinical rapport across a screen
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort with complexity and ambiguity

• Provide technical assistance to non-lighting trade allies, manufacturers, and distributors • Identify and maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors for energy efficiency • Conduct on-site training for energy efficiency technologies • Recruit new contractors and distributors to participate in the program • Participate in training and program planning efforts • Develop sales and marketing plans for assigned regions • Maintain accurate project tracking records
