Responsibilities - Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and implement the right solution - Designing and implementing new extensions in the Workday Environment - Preparing business requirement documents, configuration documents and process flows - Delivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of expertise - Providing support to other team members and key stake holders

• Develop and maintain backend APIs supporting content delivery systems • Design large scale, fault-tolerant architectures • Automate and containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes • Use leading public cloud tools and services • Conduct reviews and mentor team members • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Provide operational support including on-call rotation • Advocate best practices around application monitoring

• Develop, test and release new web video experiences in a timely fashion. • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and quality, reflecting our high standards. • Be a strong team player who can rapidly and productively adapt to changing business and customer demands. • Work with developers, designers, testers, and product managers to develop and refine new features consistent with our web video product roadmap. • Learn and absorb new technologies and techniques quickly. • Be innovative: contributing ideas and working with constituents to evaluate and propose approaches that balance speed-to-market with what’s needed to sustainably scale our services to an enormous audience. • Maintain awareness of new technologies and industry developments that will affect either our users’ behavior or our ability to deliver value. • Perform other essential tasks as assigned.
