Job Requirements
- An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
- A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills.
- The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
- A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
- Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
- Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
- The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
- Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
