• Implement SAP Business One modules: Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Business One modules, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s requirements and industry best practices. • Process analysis: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that leverage the capabilities of SAP Business One. • System configuration and customization: Configure and customize SAP Business One modules to meet specific business requirements, including chart of accounts setup, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation. • Training and support: Provide end-user training on SAP Business One functionalities, ensuring users have a thorough understanding of the system and can effectively perform their tasks. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any system-related issues. • Integration and data migration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP Business One modules with other systems or applications. Oversee data migration processes to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data into the new system. • Reporting and analysis: Develop and design comprehensive reports using SAP Business One's reporting tools. Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. • Compliance and regulatory adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls through the implementation of appropriate processes and system configurations. • Documentation and documentation maintenance: Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements made to the SAP Business One modules.

• Develop and deliver training on skin health and advanced wound care to internal sales teams and external customers • Provide clinical education sessions virtually and/or onsite as needed • Serve as a point of contact for customer-facing clinical inquiries, supporting sales representatives in pre- and post-sale activities • Partner with the sales team to provide best-in-class customer experience and drive product adoption • Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations • Support product evaluations and trials by providing clinical guidance and feedback to the product management team • Collect and synthesize clinical feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and positioning • Assist in the coordination and support of customer-initiated product studies or evaluations as needed
