About the Team The Treasury team at DoorDash is responsible for treasury operations on a global scale, supporting DoorDash and its international brands, including Wolt and Deliveroo. The team oversees all areas of treasury, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, foreign exchange, debt, investments and treasury systems. About the Role The Global Treasury Team is looking for an experienced Manager to support our Treasury cash operations and strategic initiatives at DoorDash. The roles’ primary focus will be supporting our US cash operations, managing bank accounts, credit card processors and assuring treasury operations align with governance/sox controls. You will collaborate with colleagues from various locations and departments and take a lead role in strategic treasury initiatives. Including: banking infrastructure, foreign exchange, liquidity optimization and payments license organization. You will report into the Global Head of Treasury on our Treasury team in our Accounting organization. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… - Support ongoing management of US cash operations, including investments, daily cash management and bank account reconciliation. - Aid in strategic projects related to credit card processor optimization, account structure, and cash operations. - Assist in the development of automated processes and treasury system management. - Identify and mitigate risks related to bank portal management, payment operations, and signatory compliance. - Prepare necessary documentation and respond to inquiries regarding treasury operations to support audits. - Generate and distribute routine treasury reports, covering cash positioning, liquidity analysis, risk exposure, and investment results. - Strategically balance liquidity across bank accounts, merchant services, and third-party processors to enable company growth while limiting idle cash. - Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Engineering to build scalable and efficient banking infrastructure that supports growing operations. We’re excited about you because… - 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations in a high-growth startup or multinational environment. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA or CTP preferred. - Strong expertise in cash operations, treasury operations, SOX controls and working in regulated environments. - Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills focused on the development of scalable processes driven by data. - Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to influence cross functional partners at all levels. (LCI). The team’s goal is to promote the overall well-being of the members LCI serves by providing high quality, person-centered, outcome-based care. Under general direction of the Care Management Supervisor, this position provides care management and service coordination to LCI members. As a member of the IDT, the RN Care Manager (RNCM) arranges for provision of services and supports based on a comprehensive assessment of the member's identified outcomes and needs. The IDT staff monitors the provision of services based on the member-centered plan per LCI policy and procedures, and Department of Health Services (DHS) contract requirements. - As part of an interdisciplinary team (which also includes a care manager and the member and/or legal representative), the RNCM conducts a comprehensive assessment of the member's outcomes, needs and risks; and reassesses as the member’s outcomes and/or condition changes. - Coordinate acute and primary care services, care transitions and related follow-up care. - Develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate members’ outcome-based member-centered plans, considering cost and effectiveness in authorizing services and choosing providers. - Promote prevention and wellness by incorporating preventative, supportive, restorative, and rehabilitative care into the care planning process. - In collaboration with the Care Manager (CM), implement risk mitigation strategies to promote the member’s health, safety and independence while respecting the member’s rights. - Participate in on-going training to maintain current knowledge to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, LCI policy and procedure and accepted professional standards. - Create and maintain member records as required by the Department of Health Services (DHS) contract and LCI policy. - Participate in, via face-to-face, in-home visits and care conferences involving the member, their supports, and providers to assess, reassess, and address health and medically related needs. - Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation as necessary. - Participate in team meetings and internal workgroups as required/requested. - Provide nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. - Maintain the confidentiality of member information and protected health information (PHI) as required by State and Federal regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.
