The Project You will serve as the primary point of contact for a high-end car brand, helping owners master their vehicle's digital ecosystem. This isn't just basic support—you'll be a digital guide for drivers, managing everything from mobile app synchronization and in-car Wi-Fi to navigation renewals and remote vehicle controls. Your Responsibilities Expert Guidance: Provide seamless support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email regarding dashboard interfaces and account settings. Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve issues involving GPS systems, EV charging integrations, remote start functions, and over-the-air software updates. Premium Service: Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury automotive brand. Data Accuracy: Document all customer journeys and solutions within our CRM database. Who We Are Looking For Linguistic Skills: Native or C2-level Danish proficiency and at least B2-level English. Residency: You must already live in Portugal.
