Inside Sales Representative – New Customer Acquisition
Ventomaxx GmbH
• Establish new contacts and excite potential customers about our products • Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers through targeted (cold) prospecting • Research potential leads via CRM/databases, the internet, and social media • Use tender platforms, referrals, networks, and newsletters • Contact decision-makers by phone or through digital channels • Present solutions and build sustainable relationships • Work closely with colleagues from the technical team, field sales, and customer consulting • Document all activities in the CRM system and contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in industry, wholesale and international trade) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in telephone sales, lead generation, or inside sales
- Enjoy direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills and self-initiative
- Confident, personable telephone manner
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1)
- Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems
- Structured working style, organizational talent, and persistence in prospecting
