• Edit and proofread each briefing to ensure it meets quality standards and client requirements • Work efficiently to deliver briefings on schedule • Stay connected with clients' needs, incorporating feedback to enhance service • Embrace new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement • Stay updated on media trends to keep briefings relevant

• Collaborate with College Admissions Consultants to brainstorm and shape essay direction and strategy • Edit student drafts for grammar, clarity, structure, flow, style, and word count • Provide detailed written feedback that strengthens intellectual depth and narrative coherence • Conduct topic research as needed to support student content and contextual accuracy • Work closely with Senior Editors to align on standards, tone, and editorial expectations • Support fellow Editors during high-volume or urgent deadlines • Manage assignment-related administrative tasks efficiently and independently • Communicate logistical needs and updates with consultants and editors • Contribute to internal projects, marketing initiatives, or cross-division assignments during the developmental cycle
