Role Description We’re looking for an Inbox Virtual Assistant who is capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with hundreds of partners, communicating multiple client needs and negotiating on their behalf, and coordinating with the other departments of the company on a daily basis. As an Inbox VA, you need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple partnerships at the same time. You will become a vital part of the growing Outreach Team. Your main role will be to ensure that we build and maintain relationships with partners on behalf of our clients. You will need to pick up some basic SEO knowledge in order to better understand what we do for clients. There will be opportunities to progress into an Outreach Executive in the future for Inbox VAs who show great potential. Qualifications - Excellent written English for communication with team members and partner domains globally. - Proficient skills in Google Sheets/Excel. - Insight and negotiation skills to secure ideal partnerships for clients and the company. - Outstanding collaboration skills to liaise with multiple departments and team members. - Ability to comprehend multiple workflows that need to be executed daily. - Able to learn new tools and platforms quickly. - Organized and accurate in their approach to work. - Confident and responsible enough to work on their own initiative. - Experience of working as a virtual assistant or similar - at least 1 year. - Strong internet connection to attend video meetings. Requirements - Previous experience of working within an agency (especially an SEO agency). - Experience with using Pitchbox, Airtable, etc. - Experience with Inbox Management work. Job Responsibilities - Be the point person for all domain partnership negotiations and ensure that objectives for client deliverables are met. - Send out a high volume of emails per day while retaining quality. - Ensure that all partner domain concerns are responded to. - Keep all inter-department and team spreadsheets updated with accurate information. - Liaise with other department key persons for partner and client needs.
