Role Description The Strategic Operations Associate is the analytical horsepower behind our most important initiatives. Part analyst, part operator, part internal consultant—this role supports high-priority, cross-functional programs tied directly to the PE value-creation plan. You will dive into data, build models, wrangle projects, and turn analysis into action in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making and initiative valuation. - Analyze large datasets (SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, Sheets/Excel) to uncover insights and identify root causes. - Translate data into concise, actionable insights for executive audiences. - Support Senior Managers in delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives. - Own specific workstreams—process mapping, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, or project management. - Prepare polished presentations, dashboards, and written updates for leadership and PE stakeholders. - Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable, data-driven solutions. - Develop repeatable playbooks and automated workflows to drive scalability. Qualifications - 2–5 years in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, FP&A, or similar analytical fields. - Exceptional problem-solver with strong quantitative and modeling skills. - Advanced Excel/Sheets user. - Detail-oriented with strong ownership and a bias for action. - Clear communicator who synthesizes complexity for diverse audiences. - Curious, adaptable, and energized by wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
