Job Requirements

  • We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full-stack experience.
  • Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
  • Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
  • Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real-world complexity.
  • B2B experience is a plus!
  • Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
  • Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
