• Author, review, and manage clinical and regulatory documents including: • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines and deliverables. • Provide input on document planning and regulatory submissions. • Ensure documents comply with ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards. • Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and best practices for medical writing. • Mentor junior writers and contribute to building the medical writing function.

• Write and edit creative dialogues for the Virtual Assistant based on trending topics, cultural events, popular festivities, and other data. • Refresh and refine existing Virtual Assistant dialogues. • Help the team to evolve the Virtual Assistant as a distinct, recognizable character in your language, while keeping it consistent with the general worldwide personality guidelines. • Contribute to review dialog suggestions made by other writers. • Translate and adapt dialogs from English into your native language. • QA editorial responses. • Embed the created dialogues in xml files using the Company's proprietary tooling (training will be provided).

• Approach all work with a focus on fulfilling Businessolver's mission, vision, values, and organizational goals while fostering a positive team environment and an improved consumer experience. • Create and deliver required content writing, editing, and proofreading for various mediums such as benefit guides, home mailings, email, text messages, presentations, video scripts, websites, and more for managed book of business. • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of content delivery • Gather and leverage discovery documentation and resources to produce impactful content to educate our clients’ unique employee demographics • Maintain client-specific artifacts such as project briefs, the eligibility and content matrix and any other relevant resources. • Adhere to client writing style guides in all writing projects • Understand client health plan(s) and employee benefit package details per population in order to communicate with accuracy. • Understand best practices as outlined by the broader Consumer Experience team, be consultative with clients and influence their adoption of best practices. • Leveraging project management software, monitor and complete tasks as assigned related to client projects by the assigned due date. • Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to help manage project risks. Manage activities, progress, and deadlines across multiple projects using outlined SOPs and project management software. • Complies with all policies and standards

• Write detailed, CRA-compliant technical reports that clearly demonstrate technological uncertainty, systematic investigation, and advancement. • Conduct deep-dive interviews with CTOs, engineers, and technical teams to extract core R&D elements. • Partner with project managers and financial staff to align technical stories with eligible expenditures. • Translate advanced software concepts into plain language while preserving technical depth. • Balance multiple claim deadlines and client relationships in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Keep current on CRA SR&ED guidelines and ensure deliverables reflect the latest standards and best practices.
