• Work as part of an agile scrum team, participating in all agile ceremonies • Complete user stories during two-week sprints which will enhance React and Ruby on Rails based web applications • Collaborate with your scrum team to refine requirements and propose solutions to complex problems • Continuously improve the team's approach in order to increase efficiency and quality of delivery

• Implement Agentic AI and LLM-powered workflows using tools like Tines, and models such as AWS Bedrock, ChatGPT, Gemini. • Deploy automation to cloud infra with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (i.e. Terraform) • Build and maintain automation workflows across key enterprise platforms (i.e. Atlassian, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, knowledge management systems), cybersecurity systems (i.e. SIEM, GRC platforms, Data Security Platforms, etc.), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP). • Build AI-driven chatbots or intelligent agents that automate tasks, support conversational workflows, and integrate with enterprise applications. • Partner with IT, Security, GRC, Procurement, and business teams to automate operational tasks and processes to reduce toil and improve efficiency. • Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python). • Follow established automation and AI standards for quality, security, and governance; provide improvements where appropriate. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing workflows to improve stability and performance. • Document designs, workflows, configurations, and operational procedures. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team-based learning to uplift engineering quality and consistency. • Work with various tooling in Security, IT, and Production Engineering

• Partner with data engineering teams for data ingestion, storage, search, and delivery methodologies • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security data management • Provide ongoing operational support of production dashboards • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture(s), Product Management and Product Marketing

• develop the Ubuntu and RHEL based OS image flavors across platforms • sustaining the existing NVIDIA DGX and HGX systems • Work closely with System/Software development teams to build the common infrastructure for automation • use the latest industry standard tools • Work closely with Hardware and Firmware development teams to bring up new NVIDIA platforms, from power on to OS boot
