Xenon Seven

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using both batch and streaming processing frameworks. • Architect and maintain data lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg and object storage such as S3. • Implement scalable Data Vault and Star Schema models. • Build and manage real-time ingestion pipelines with Kafka, Spark, or Flink. • Integrate and orchestrate workflows using tools like Airflow, dbt, NiFi, or Airbyte. • Enforce data governance, data quality, and access control policies. • Troubleshoot pipeline performance and reliability issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development.
  • Strong background in software engineering and distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of data processing frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java).
  • Solid understanding of functional and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proven experience with modern data stack tools (Airflow, dbt, Docker).
  • Familiarity with Apache Iceberg, S3-compatible object stores, and Lakehouse architecture.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex data workflows.
