• Designing and evolving cloud platforms with a focus on Azure Cloud services • Leading on-premises to cloud migration initiatives • Implementing automated deployment pipelines • Partnering with Product, Architecture, and Software Engineering teams to deliver secure SaaS products • Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure across multiple services — including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and CloudWatch. • Set up and maintain infrastructure for new projects and ensure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. • Migrate existing workloads to containerized environments using Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes (EKS). • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments with Terraform or CloudFormation. • Implement monitoring and alerting using New Relic, Prometheus, and CloudWatch. • Enforce cloud security best practices, manage IAM policies, and ensure compliance and operational excellence. • Manage multiple project infrastructures. • Support and set up the infrastructure for company and client projects.

• Develop and optimize cloud infrastructure; • Create CI/CD pipelines; • Monitor and manage monitoring and observability platforms; • Ensure security, redundancy, and scalability of services; • Document technical decisions and processes; • Build and manage Docker images; • Optimize infrastructure costs;

• Build and orchestrate Modern OTEL-based Observability Platform • Support multiple telemetry types, like metrics, logs and traces. • Define and support modern governance in observability and problems at scale. • Ensure reliability, security, and performance exceed our defined SLAs • Work with engineers from across the company to help troubleshoot issues, deploy new products and services, and increase velocity while decreasing cognitive load • Lead the design and deployment of monitoring/observability services to detect and alert the team of needed action. • Ingest, aggregate, transform, and utilize data from a multitude of sources in our real time data pipeline. • Oversee the availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure. • Create processes around alert response operations and support the team to ensure the reliable delivery of oracle data. • Make recommendations to ensure sufficient metrics are collected to create alerts with every new feature release. • Champion reliability and security by taking the time to do your work right the first time
