• Continuously update and refine AML protocols related to product offerings and customer interactions, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Employee (KYE), and Know Your Supplier (KYS) processes. • Focus intensively on AML monitoring to identify and analyze patterns of financial crime and suspicious activity using advanced anomaly-detection techniques. • Conduct comprehensive AML monitoring by analyzing transaction histories, assessing client relationships, and scrutinizing business characteristics to detect and report suspicious behavior. • Serve as a business partner in launching new products, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding against misuse for illicit activities. • Lead cross-functional teams to extract, process, and analyze large-scale datasets.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience managing and analyzing large volumes of data from diverse sources; proficiency with SQL and Python is highly valued.
- Strong background in AML/CTF operations, with specific experience in Monitoring, KYC/CDD, KYE, and KYP practices within the fintech sector or related industries.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and leverage AI technologies.
