• Direct customer contact and consulting on process optimization, tool usage and interfaces • Capture, assess and implement customer requirements • Perform configurations to adapt Atlassian tools • Develop solutions and create concepts together with other team members • Analyze existing IT service processes and design innovative strategies to improve service quality • Conduct on-site workshops at client locations and take on support tasks in the Service Desk
Job Requirements
- Process knowledge and more than four years of professional experience in consulting
- Conducting client meetings and workshops
- Ideally familiar with the Atlassian toolchain (especially Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, willingness to travel and a driving license (Class B)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team player, enthusiastic and with a strong quality mindset
