Corporate Video Editor
Bamboo Works
• Video Production using Synthesia • Create high-quality corporate videos using Synthesia (or similar AI video creation tools). • Build templates, scenes, and reusable components to ensure consistent, efficient video production. • Develop explainer videos describing frameworks, methodologies, and strategic models. • Produce tutorial videos that visually break down technical or conceptual content. • Ensure all videos align with corporate communication standards, delivering a level of polish similar to McKinsey, BCG, and HBR-style output. • Maintain a clean, minimal corporate style through the use of animations, transitions, and visual elements. • Work with the founder to convert complex material (scripts, white papers, frameworks, and diagrams) into structured video storyboards. • Support the production of promotional video assets for the upcoming book launch. • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure brand consistency, cohesive color usage, and visual identity alignment. • Manage Synthesia projects, scenes, and templates for efficient re-use and organize final deliverables in a structured library.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate video production, ideally in consulting, technology, enterprise communications, digital transformation, or B2B.
- Previous experience creating explainer videos, tutorials, or thought leadership videos.
- Comfort working with structured content (frameworks, models, strategic concepts).
- Strong proficiency with Synthesia (or similar AI video creation tools).
- Experience with traditional video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in motion graphics and simple animation, and audio cleanup/enhancement.
- Ability to create videos that follow a clean, minimal, and modern design language aligned with global consulting firms.
- Strong sense of narrative flow, and able to simplify complex technical or strategic ideas visually and convert dense material into clear, digestible video content.
- Understanding of corporate tone, professionalism, and executive-level messaging.
