Junior IT Support
Smart Working
• Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues. • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices. • Support user account creation, access management, and basic security permissions. • Troubleshoot common operating system, application, and connectivity issues. • Escalate more complex technical problems to senior IT or external providers when required. • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and system access. • Maintain basic IT documentation, guides, and support procedures. • Help ensure internal IT systems remain reliable, secure, and available.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, technical support, or a related role
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common workplace software.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting user issues and providing clear, friendly support to non-technical users.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a technology-driven environment.
