• You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including: • Identifying customer needs and defining project scope and proposals, interfacing with key stakeholders and validating feasibility from both a business and technical standpoint • Drafting and overseeing project documentation and requirements, coordinating analysts, developers, and managers of the relevant areas • Planning and managing scheduled activities, including effort estimation, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management, in coordination with the program manager and involved departments • Monitoring project progress and ensuring proper execution through direct management and the use of project management tools • Managing budget, timelines, and project objectives, ensuring delivery within agreed constraints • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and all involved stakeholders through regular updates, reports, progress tracking, and feedback gathering • Proactively identifying issues, dependencies, and risks, and driving mitigation actions • Identifying new opportunities based on client needs within ongoing projects or future initiatives, contributing to account growth
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-related fields
- University degree in a scientific or technical discipline – a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highly appreciated
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Solid experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Role Description Are you a seasoned leader passionate about building a sustainable future? We’re looking for a Construction Project Executive to lead multiple utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. In this role, you’ll not only manage complex construction efforts but also mentor and empower project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation. As a key leader in our growing renewables division, you’ll partner with energy clients nationwide to deliver high-impact storage solutions that support grid resilience and decarbonization. Your ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, develop talent, and drive results will be instrumental in shaping the future of clean energy infrastructure. This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. This position supports our business across the United States with regular travel to project sites (up to 50%). This position is eligible for a vehicle allowance and a company credit card to cover any business related travel costs. • Plan, manage, and execute multiple cross-functional projects focused on reducing SG&A and improving operational efficiency. • Create and maintain project plans, charters, timelines, and KPIs to track performance against objectives. • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. • Partner with Finance to quantify cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI from OE initiatives. • Support process standardization and automation across functions such as RCM, Intake, Credentialing, Finance, IT, HR, and Shared Services. • Collaborate with digital and data teams to integrate automation, analytics, and AI solutions into redesigned workflows. • Support OE governance routines including prioritization meetings, dashboards, and executive reporting. • Maintain visibility to leadership through clear, data-driven updates on project progress and outcomes. • Ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement through structured communication and feedback loops. • Support stakeholder readiness and training plans for new processes and technologies. • Champion OE principles, continuous improvement mindset, and accountability across teams. • Measure adoption and sustainment to ensure SG&A reduction outcomes are realized and maintained.
