• Lead and develop Inhouse's writing team, providing both people management and technical direction. • Translate strategic narratives into clear, consistent, and effective copy. • Create, evolve, and ensure the application of: tone of voice guidelines, narrative frameworks, and writing quality standards. • Review and approve copy across different fronts: campaigns, institutional content, product launches, product materials, recurring communications, website, social media, CRM, events, and others. • Work in an integrated way with: Branding, Product Marketing, Events, Growth, and Trade Marketing. • Ensure verbal consistency across channels, brands, and formats. • Use data, feedback, and performance learnings to improve narratives. • Incorporate generative AI into the writing workflow to gain speed, scale, and consistency.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in writing, copywriting, or strategic content.
- Previous experience leading people or serving in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in multiformat writing: campaigns, institutional materials, product content, social, CRM, and support materials.
- Ability to structure frameworks, guidelines, and writing processes.
- Experience in complex, high-growth environments or working with multiple brands.
- Fluency in Portuguese; advanced English is a plus.
