• Work on AI-powered services that are used across product lines, developing both backend APIs and frontend interfaces. • Mentor lower-level peers and serve as an informal technical lead, particularly in AI/ML integration best practices. • Create and execute processes and procedures for the technical quality, security, performance, and consistency of AI-powered products. • Create "big picture" architectural approaches and implementation plans for AI-integrated software. • Ensure security, performance, and quality of software architectures and provide technical guidance to development teams. • Drive end-to-end system design decisions for scalable enterprise-grade AI platforms and collaborate with Product to evolve requirements into well-architected solutions. • Conduct research, gather information, interpret data, identify requirements, and create innovative solutions for AI-driven products. • Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies, modern development tooling, and implement security best practices throughout the AI development lifecycle.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support high-volume financial transactions and rewards workflows. • Own full feature delivery across core systems including payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations. • Contribute to system architecture and technical design as the platform evolves and scales. • Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to support end-to-end feature development when fullstack work is required. • Improve reliability, performance, and observability across backend systems through testing, monitoring, and code quality practices. • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and production support for mission-critical services.

• Design, build, and maintain core features of our iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native. • Own mobile feature development from technical design through implementation, testing, and release. • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into intuitive, premium user experiences. • Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity. • Ensure high standards for mobile performance, quality, security, and responsiveness across devices. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and production issues. • Contribute to mobile architecture, tooling, and technical standards as the mobile platform scales.

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and admin applications that support customer operations, finance, compliance, and client services at scale. • Own and evolve our internal admin portal as our customer base and operational complexity grow. • Build full-stack internal applications using low-code and no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Appsmith), integrating with APIs, databases, and third-party systems. • Work closely with operations, support, finance, and product teams to turn business processes into reliable, easy-to-use internal tools. • Enable non-technical teams through reusable components, well-structured workflows, and maintainable systems. • Improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and correctness through thoughtful UX and automation. • Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to ensure internal tools are secure, scalable, and aligned with core systems. • Participate in planning and prioritization of internal tooling.
