Full-Stack Software Engineer III – Angular/Java
MeridianLink
• Lead the development of single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular and modern front-end tooling. • Architect and implement reusable UI components and frameworks that support multiple product lines • Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow. • Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical lead for front-end initiatives. • Ensure front-end code quality, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. • Contribute to architectural decisions that span both front-end and back-end systems • Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years of Angular (2+) development, with mastery of HTML, CSS, ES6, and front-end tooling (e.g., NPM)
- Experience building SPAs and working with DOM manipulation and browser compatibility
- Proven ability to implement design patterns such as observables, flow control, and error handling
- 6+ years of Java/J2EE experience, including integration with RESTful services and RDBMS (SQL)
- Familiarity with automated front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of object-oriented design and algorithms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring JPA/Hibernate, and Spring Security
