• Lead project teams, directing coworker and client teams in solution design and development. • Provide leadership in creating business cases, financial justification and solution benefit content for customer ready deliverables and presentations. • Aggregate oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure synergy in our approach and broad visibility to the solutions delivery team • Proactively addresses or escalates any budget issues that are identified during the project. • Quality Assurance for SOW requests that meet triggers for size, cross brand, and complexity. • Perform peer review of deliverables from other team members for technical content to ensure accuracy. • Maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor. • Serve as focal point for communications between multiple departments and clients, when necessary, using experience and judgment to communicate effectively to all parties. • Recommend solutions supporting client account teams with development of proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Maintain vCenters, ESXi, and vRealize suite of products. • Design and implement new hypervisor solutions based on technical requirements. • Manage host maintenance, monitor systems, and respond to alerts. • Follow Change Control procedures for patching, infrastructure changes, and day-to-day operations. • Create and update documentation for internal processes and procedures. • Complete daily operational tasks, including change requests and troubleshooting tickets. • Collaborate on Global Solera projects and support cross-functional teams. • Mentor junior members in the team and create project plans for internal projects.

• You are responsible for the setup, configuration, interfacing, and sometimes, the integration of the complete automated warehouse system interface with Warehouse Control Systems and integrate them into the customer’s IT systems • You are responsible for the complete commissioning process (preparation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, Go Live, reporting and signoff) • You are responsible for PLC software configuration and live testing • You will work on electrical, mechanical, PLCs configuration, communication protocols, sensors & instrumentation, and safety devices • You will act as a commissioning expert, supporting on-site and remote troubleshooting during commissioning, go-live, and when assisting Service Engineers during aftersales interventions • You will create and deliver comprehensive reports and technical procedures upon project completion • You will identify and solve technical challenges, providing recommendations for system optimization • You will train the integrators, customer’s maintenance and operative staff • You will share technical expertise with team members and participate in continuous training and skill development • You will identify and report commercial Service opportunities at current clients to management

• Réalisation d'études de conception en phase APS (Avant-Projet Sommaire) et APD (Avant-Projet Détaillé) : Rédiger des documents techniques tels que des notes de définition, des plans de justification, des spécifications techniques de besoin, des analyses fonctionnelles, des schémas électriques, etc. • Traiter les évolutions du projet en proposant des solutions innovantes et en accord avec les exigences du CEA, Gérer les interfaces avec les autres équipes du projet pour assurer la cohérence globale. • Participation aux phases de consultation : Rédiger des documents tels que des CCTP (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières), des BPU (Bordereau des Prix Unitaires), des rapports de dépouillement, pour garantir une sélection rigoureuse des titulaires de marché. • Surveillance des études d’exécution des Titulaires de marché en phase EXE : Valider les livrables des titulaires après avoir réalisé un contrôle technique, Participer aux réunions de déroulement des projets pour assurer le suivi et l'avancement hebdomadaire/mensuel des travaux, Rédiger des comptes-rendus de réunions techniques avec précision et rigueur.
