• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered and LLM-driven features for our claim synthesis product, including robust extraction of key information from complex medical documents and human-in-the-loop summarization workflows • Develop and implement hybrid machine learning solutions that leverage statistical models, LLMs, and embeddings-based retrieval techniques such as RAG to improve system accuracy, scalability, and robustness • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while optimizing the performance of existing AI/ML systems in production • Collaborate closely with data labelers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to rigorously evaluate AI system outputs and continuously improve model performance • Partner with Product teams to rapidly iterate on feedback and deliver impactful features • Translate cutting-edge AI/ML research and novel techniques into production-grade, reliable, and maintainable solutions that operate seamlessly in live customer environments.

• Develop and maintain software features, proposing improvements and refactorings when necessary • Be consistently present on the company’s communication channels • Actively participate in technical development, suggesting tools and technologies • Collaborate with the team, support colleagues, and attend alignment meetings • Use tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab for version control and task organization • Ensure code quality with automated tests (unit, integration and mutation) • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices • Estimate and mitigate risks in complex tasks • Assist with onboarding and the technical development of less experienced team members

• Coordinate with product and engineering managers to align development with business goals • Architect, design, and implement efficient, scalable, and responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies across teams (e.g. design, platform) • Monitor relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement, e.g. according to web performance best practices • Address bugs and performance issues through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Address vulnerabilities, apply updates, and maintain security documentation proactively • Mentor junior developers, interns, conduct code reviews, and offer guidance on complex tasks

• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions • Build and maintain systems that support high-traffic user flows, digital transactions, and reliable checkout experiences. • Design and develop reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and native CSS. • Implement comprehensive test coverage using Storybook and unit tests, and playwright. • Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React or Vue.js. • Manage and optimize database queries and structures using MongoDB. • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues related to performance, reliability, and security. • Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and long-term platform evolution. • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them where they add value.
